An interdisciplinary scholar, Amanda’s research intersects medicine, public health, and environmental health, utilizing sophisticated statistical and machine-learning methodologies. Her dry lab is distinguished for its cutting-edge work in computational toxicology, microbiome research, and cystic fibrosis. We specialize in dissecting high-dimensional biomedical data, encompassing electronic health records and next-generation sequencing, to illuminate the complexities of human health and disease.
