Bio
Dr. Taveirne’s research focuses on the use of Course Based Undergraduate Research Experiences (CURES) in undergraduate teaching labs. Dr. Taveirne had worked to transition traditional lab courses into inquiry-guided, project-based experiences where students learn core lab techniques, develop critical and creative thinking skills, and better understand the scientific process by applying course content knowledge to real work problems.
