Directory Update Instructions

  • Update your Campus Directory information.
    • Especially important for faculty and staff, since our department directory pulls faculty and staff title, website, email, office, and phone from the Campus Directory.
    • Click on the Campus Directory link, then click on Update My Directory Listing.
    • We use the Working Title box to list administrative positions in addition to rank.  Thus your Working Title might be Professor, Associate Department Head.

    Update your Departmental Directory information (faculty and staff: photo, cv, Google Scholar link, education, research description, emergency contact; graduate students: these items plus website, email, office, phone, tutoring availability).
